About Us

Randy Schultz was raised in Alberta but fell in love with Vancouver Island and moved there at the first opportunity.

Randy has lived and worked in Duncan and various nearby locales such as Victoria, Shawnigan Lake, Maple Bay, Chemainus, the Koksilah area and currently in Lake Cowichan.

Randy began his career in carpentry and honed his skills from framing through to dry walling and finishing.  When he built his own home in the Koksilah area he developed an interest in rockwork when he had to build a foundation on rock piers because of the sloping lot.  His rockwork skills have expanded into rock retaining walls, slate pathways, slate stairs, rock planters and rock garden beds.

Randy also has built several Allan block retaining walls including a large 6 tier version on a Mill Bay property.
