Replacement of an aging railroad tie retaining wall and crumbling slate steps to the lower backyard.

The existing railroad tie wall was retained to prevent the caving of the dirt behind it - drainage rock was placed between the ties and the allan block.

Some of the slate steps were replaced with concrete.
