Older home in Chemainus required a complete remodel, replacement of windows with new thermopane versions, new exterior insulated doors and new trim around windows and doors.

The kitchen was gutted and modern cupboards and countertops were installed.  Modern appliances were installed to make the home more livable.

The bathroom was gutted and a new tub, toilet and vanity were installed.  The toilet and vanity were reversed to make the room more usable.  New ceramic tile was installed around the tub and new flooring was installed.
