Phase 2 of the Boathouse Rebuild Project:

Two sets of rock stairs were built down from the deck to the low tide rock beach. 

A 28 foot long walkway from the deck was built out over the ocean. The existing concrete stairs down to the deck were also enhanced to merge into the walkway.

Two rock piers were built, one at the end and one in the middle of the walkway. These piers had to be built at low tide until they cleared the high tide mark.

Cedar posts and joists were then built on the rock piers and anchored with galvanized brackets.

Cedar flooring and braced cedar handrails finalized the walkway.
