This project required the resurfacing of the concrete decking on the existing wood stairs of a strata property.

The exposed concrete decking on the supper stair deck has weathered and was due for replacement.

The project was done in mid November and required plastic sheeting to keep the rain off the new concrete and to retain the heat from the heaters to help cure the concrete.

An exposed stairs portion also need replacement because of rot.
