The stone faced chimney on this property required regrouting and the cap needed resurfacing.
It was also a requirement to protect the chimney stone facing from the rain by extending the top edges of the cap.
A new cap was formed and concrete was poured to form the new cap.
After the new cap was created the 2 chimney pipes were extended with another chimney block.
